1. Damaged or Defective Items

We sincerely apologize if your item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, we offer a 1-to-1 replacement for any damaged or defective products. To request a replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

  2. Email us at customercare@sukhatara.com with your order number, clear photos of the damaged or defective item, and a brief description of the issue

  3. Our team will review the details and, upon confirmation, will promptly process your replacement at no additional cost to you. We will also cover the shipping fees for the replacement.

For Portable Nebulizers, we provide a 1-to-1 replacement guarantee up to 1 month from the invoice date.

 

2. Opened or Used Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been opened or used, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

 

3. Shipping Costs for Replacements

We believe in taking care of our customers, which is why we will cover all shipping costs for replacements of damaged or defective items.
